SCHEDULE OF BAIL The bail listed below for each of the offenses is to be considered the normal minimum fine which would be levied should a defendant be found guilty.
Defendant should understand that the fine for any of the offenses could be as high as $1,000.00, plus a surcharge.

**The bail shown above does not apply to school zones or construction zones.

If charged with speeding in a school or construction zone, the defendant must contact the court to determine what the bail amount will be.
